SWASTIK™ believes in continuous improvement by constantly sourcing / generating / creating various process control to ensure quality at source, at point of manufacturing and higher workmanship - and quality control department helps in achieving this goal.

At SWASTIK™ the team of marketing, design, manufacturing and quality assurance engineers, works together to insure the product integrity and quality.

All valves are designed to comply with the requirements of ASME / ANSI B 16.34 the ASME code and special customer's special requirements as applicable.

Every step from procurement through production, welding, assembly, testing and packaging is in accordance with SWASTIK™ Quality Assurance Manual.

The Quality Assurance Department also operates calibration and gauge control system.

Quality Control Department is responsible for all aspects of quality from receiving of material to packaging and maintaining permanent record.

Each valve is pressure tested in accordance with ASME / ANSI B 16.34, the ASME code and special customers requirements as applicable.

Quality Control Department offers all records pertaining to inspection and testing of the valve at the time of inspection by third party or customer's authorized person and the same is being sent to customer along with the supply.
